Topographical surveys are carried out using robotic instruments and GPS.  

 

• General site development,  from single house plots to large scale developments.

 

• Flood risk assessments including river cross-sections. Projects undertaken include River Tweed in Kelso, River Earn at Comrie and many more.

 

• Construction of small scale hydropower schemes and associated pipe routes. Typically this involves surveying intakes at 600 to 700 metres above sea level with pipe routes to lower level turbines.

 

• Measured Buildings Surveys to create accurate CAD floor plans of existing buildings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Elevation surveys of existing buildings.

 

The surveys are available in variety of formats including dxf, dwg, and genio to aid design work.
